3. I can’t get anything to load, what’s wrong?

4. How do I register or log in?

Go to the event homepage, click register, and enter your email address.

If you already registered, you can check the status of registration on the mail inbox or spam. And also you can log in into your personal dashboard on the event website.

5. Didn’t receive the verification email?

Please contact pertamina_ir@pertamina.com, describe the issue you're facing, and our team will assist you with troubleshooting and provide the necessary support.

6. Can I change the sessions I plan to attend?

You can modify your selected sessions by revisiting your registration through the link in your confirmation email or via the registration page on the platform. After adjusting, resubmit your latest changes. All updates are subject to approval by the event organisers. Please wait for confirmation before assuming your changes are final.

7. Do I need to download anything?

No. The platform is fully hosted through your browser. Please save the QR code or registration ID you receive once your registration is approved; you will need it to check in and access your selected sessions.

You can view all upcoming sessions via the Schedule tab on the homepage.
